Brad Stephens BIO

Brad Stephens is an award-winning actor based in Dallas/Fort Worth. A veteran of multiple media, he has performed in many commercials, films and stage productions.

Brad has won numerous awards as a serious actor including three coveted Column Awards, most recently Best Actor in a Play, Equity for his performance in GOD OF CARNAGE at Fort Worth's Circle Theatre. For his performance in DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER, a local theater critic declared him “a deft physical comedian reminiscent of the late John Ritter in his prime.”

Blessed with a powerful singing voice, Brad has performed many lead roles in musicals including Nanki-Poo in Gilbert & Sullivan’s The MIKADO; Curly McLain in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s OKLAHOMA!; and King Arthur in Lerner & Loewe’s CAMELOT. John Garcia of The Column Online noted Brad’s performance in JEKYLL & HYDE as a breakthrough accomplishment.

Other recent stage credits include Paul in Stephen Sondheim’s COMPANY; Frederick Fellowes in NOISES OFF; Benedick in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING; and John Worth in The GREAT WHITE WAY, a role he originated at WaterTower Theatre’s Out of the Loop Fringe Festival. He also channeled the darker side of Paul McCartney in the award-winning short film READY TEDDY. Brad has been featured in commercials for Pepsi, Southwest Airlines and Joe’s Crab Shack.

Brad is an Equity Member Candidate represented by Core Talent Agency in Dallas, TX.

Tarrant Actors Regional Theatre Stages MAN OF LA MANCHA


The Tarrant Actors Regional Theatre will open its 2018-19 season in October with the award-winning Broadway musical Man of La Mancha, in the historic W.E. Scott Theatre at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, 1300 Gendy Street, Fort Worth TX 76107.  The production is directed by TART Artistic Director Allen Walker, with music direction by Kristin Spires and choreography by Jennie Jermaine.

The swinging '60s came back to life again on October 19 when the Rosemont Theatre and Rosemont Mayor Brad Stephens hosted a benefit for Salute Inc., a non-profit organization that provides financial support for military men and women and their families. Featuring a performance by "THE RAT PACK IS BACK!," a tribute to the legendary 1960s stars known as "The Rat Pack," the evening featured timeless music and hilarious comedy.

The event, which will take place at the MB Financial Park at Rosemont location, will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception and the Roast of Mayor Stephens at 7 p.m. All proceeds from the evening will benefit Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

Column Awards Winners Announced, Include ICT, Uptown Players, Dallas Theater Center


Monday February 27, THE COLUMN AWARDS (TCA) organization honored excellence in theater within the Dallas-Fort Worth Theater community, which held its 13th annual gala this past Monday. TCA is the only awards organization in the United States that donates all money (after expenses) to BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS. A charity they have been associated since its inception. To date, THE COLUMN AWARDS have donated close to $70.000.00 to BC/EFA. See the full list of winners below.

Circle Theatre's 30th Anniversary Season continues with the Southwest premiere of Seven in One Blow, or The Brave Little Kid, an adapted children's play conceived and written by Randy Sharp and Axis Company. When Seven in One Blow first premiered in 2002, The New York Times wrote, 'As the brave little kid triumphs over an ogre, a witch, selfish royalty and a monster, the audience learns not to judge anything by its appearance, from parents to peas.' Circle Theatre's production officially opened Saturday evening, November 19 at 7:30pm.
